Seven persons Das, Deepak, Tripathi, Santhosh, Mahendra, Johny, Mishra live on a different floors of a seven – storey building, The ground floor is named as 1st floor, the 1st floor is named as the 2nd floor and so on but not necessarily in the same order. The following information is known about them.
1.Neither Deepak nor Santhosh lives on an even numbered floor.
2.Mahendra and Johny lives on odd numbered floors but it is neither the top most nor the bottom.
3.Either Das or Mishra lives on the 4th floor. Tripathi lives in 6th floor. Either Mahendra or Deepak lives on 3rd floor.
4.Mishra lives on either 2nd or on the 7th floor.
